提醒事項:
為有效運用行政資源,迅速回覆反映意見,以下情況將不予處理:
1.與本校校務無關事項、惡意攻訐謾罵,及散播網路流傳不實訊息等;如信件內容涉及違反法律規定者,須自負法律責任。
2.依「行政院及所屬各機關處理人民陳情案件要點」第14點規定,人民陳情案件有下列情形之一者,得不予處理:
(1)無具體內容或未具真實姓名或聯絡方式者。
(2)同一事由,經予適當處理,並已明確答復後,而仍一再陳情者。
(3)非陳情事項之主管機關,接獲陳情人以同一事由已分向各主管機關陳情者。
School Affairs Feedback System
We have established a communication platform to facilitate feedback and suggestions regarding school affairs from students, faculty and staff, alums, parents, and the general public. The relevant departments will promptly address the issues and suggestions you submit, with follow-up and oversight by the Secretariat. We encourage you to make full use of this system!
Important Notes:
To ensure efficient use of administrative resources and provide timely responses, the following types of submissions will not be processed:
1. Matters unrelated to school affairs, malicious attacks or abusive language, and the spread of false information online. If the content of a submission violates legal regulations, the sender shall bear legal responsibility.
2. According to Article 14 of the Guidelines for Handling Public Petitions issued by the Executive Yuan and its affiliated agencies, petitions that meet any of the following conditions may not be processed:
(1) Submissions that lack specific content or do not include a real name or contact information.
(2) Repeated petitions on the same issue that have already been appropriately handled and responded to.
(3) Petitions submitted to multiple agencies simultaneously for the same issue when the receiving agency is not the appropriate authority for handling the matter.
